At Joyplus, your family's privacy is something we take seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it safe.
When you place an order, we collect your email address, your child's first name and age, an optional pronunciation guide, an optional photo, and any special message you include. We do not collect payment details directly — all payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
We use your information only to create and deliver your personalised video. Your email is used to send your completed video file and any order updates. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
📸 Any photo you upload is used solely to personalise your video. It is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems within 3 days of your video being delivered — or sooner upon request.
We never share, publish, sell, or use your child's photo or video for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order. We do not post finished videos on our social media channels without the explicit written permission of the parent or guardian.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as email delivery tools) who help us operate our service, and who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is entirely infallible, and we encourage you to contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and work has begun on your video.
We put genuine care and effort into every personalised video we create. Because each video is custom-made specifically for your child using the details you provide, we are unable to offer refunds once production has started.
We stand fully behind the quality of our work. If you experience any of the following issues due to an error on our part, we will correct it or resend your file at absolutely no extra cost to you:

Please note that corrections can only be made for errors caused by Joyplus. We are unable to remake videos due to a change of mind, incorrect details submitted by the customer, or reasons outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing your order. Joyplus cannot be held responsible for errors in the final video that result from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. Please double-check all details — especially name spelling and pronunciation — before completing your purchase.
Videos created by Joyplus are intended for personal, private enjoyment only. You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast publicly, or use our videos for commercial purposes without written permission from Joyplus.
All video content produced by Joyplus is the creative work of our team and is provided to you under a personal-use licence. You may save and share your video privately with family and friends. You may not claim ownership of the creative work or use it in ways beyond personal enjoyment.
Joyplus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official brand, studio, character franchise, or rights holder. All character-inspired content is fan-made and intended solely for personal enjoyment.
Joyplus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
